Who here reading this post indulged over the past few weeks? If you were good and didn't budge from your regular eating plan then we applaud you, but the majority of us are now back at work and feeling sluggish, or trying to get back on track. This post is timely as drinking more water will help.  

It's easy to overlook drinking enough throughout the day as we are busy and often turn to other beverages for our refreshments. Increasing your water intake will give you brighter, clearer skin and improve your overall health. It's worth adding a few glasses of water to your routine each day. 

The seasons change, and we usually flip between the air conditioner or heater both at work and home. The air is generally dry in our living & work environments.
