This routine can easily be done morning or night, but nighttime is often more beneficial as it's an excellent way to end the day and relax before going to bed. We like to do our facial massage right after cleansing, while our skin is still damp, using one of our beauty oils. The chart above is an excellent example of how to massage your face.
