Questions and concerns regarding the safety of a product or ingredient should be approved through your health care provider.  Please keep all products away from children and pets. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to know what they are buying and how to handle/use the item(s). The products on this website are for external use only. Please read all the ingredients on this website carefully before placing an order to make sure there are no allergens for you. Certain products we carry contain nut oils, those who have an allergy to nuts of any kind, should not use those products. Please contact us if you have any questions.

STORE AT 10°C – 25°C: Products labeled with our Store at 10°C – 25°C caution, are made with ingredients that allow the product to be activated at body temperature. These are natural products; if you place them in cold or hot environments for prolonged periods of time, their texture can change. Please store at room temperature. 

During the Summer months, these products can get very warm in transit and may soften or melt. We are not responsible if the warned items arrive in this condition. The good news is that once they are stabilized in normal temperatures, they will solidify.

TAXES & DUTIES: Prices displayed on the website are before taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout and displayed on the Order Review page. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders, including the USA;  all duties, customs fees & import fees that your country charges are your responsibility and not calculated at checkout.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges. We sell trial sizes with most of our products; if you are new to our products, have sensitive skin or are unsure about a purchase selection, please sample with our travel sizes first, to make sure you get a solution suitable for your skin and routine. We have our ingredients listed in full on each product page and we are very happy to help you with your purchase. Please contact Customer Service for any product questions.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: We will replace damaged merchandise that occurred during shipping, If this should happen to your parcel, please contact Customer Service within three (3) business days after receiving your order, and provide a picture of the damage. We will discuss product replacement and provide you with an authorization code. 

VENDOR + THIRD PARTY PURCHASES: If you have purchased our products from a different vendor, please contact them directly. Each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than the Pelle Beauty Online Shop may not be returned to us.

If you have received our products from a third party service such as a subscription box service or from an event (swag bag or giveaway) please contact them directly for their policies as they may not be returned to us.
